[Hardware wallet maker NGRAVE issues security alert, stating it faces a high-level cyber threat]
Odaily Planet Daily reports that cryptocurrency hardware wallet maker NGRAVE has issued a security alert, stating it is currently facing a high-level cyber threat, and the team is actively monitoring and taking countermeasures.
NGRAVE reminds users to be wary of phishing attacks via SMS, email, fake websites, and fake customer service, emphasizing that the official website will never ask users for their recovery mnemonic phrase or Perfect Key.
NGRAVE states that user private keys are stored offline only in the ZERO hardware device. As long as the mnemonic phrase has not been entered on a mobile phone, computer, or webpage, phishing attacks will not compromise the security of the private key. The official website recommends that users manually enter the official website domain name to avoid visiting phishing links.
