Wu has learned that on-chain trading platform Grvt has announced a collaboration with the Hong Kong subsidiary of Mirae Asset Securities, a major South Korean securities firm. Grvt has subscribed to tokenized financing notes issued by Mirae Asset Securities under a structured note program arranged by Mirae Asset Securities and its affiliates. Grvt plans to use this asset exposure in its income product, Grvt Earn, subject to regulatory compliance. The two parties will also explore tokenized government bonds, corporate bonds, and ETFs, but launch dates are yet to be determined, and further development requires regulatory and internal approvals.
