[SK Hynix to Release Q3 Earnings After US Market Close on Tuesday, Marking the Start of Earnings Week for Memory Giants] According to Jinse Finance, SK Hynix will release its Q3 2026 earnings report after the US stock market closes on October 27th, and will also announce new shareholder return measures on the same day. Samsung Electronics, Kioxia, and Changxin Technology will follow suit, bringing the combined market capitalization of the four companies to over $2 trillion. SK Hynix and Samsung together account for approximately 60% of global DRAM revenue, while HBM accounts for over 80%. KB Securities analyst Jeff Kim estimates that over 70% of the planned production next year for South Korea's two major memory manufacturers has already been covered by five-year supply agreements signed with large technology companies, leaving less than 30% for customers in the mobile phone and PC sectors. Regarding shareholder returns, the company confirmed on Monday that it is studying various options but did not disclose details; the Dong-A Ilbo reported that it is considering issuing a special dividend of approximately 16 trillion won (approximately $12 billion), while the Seoul Economic Daily reported that the additional returns could reach as high as 60 trillion won (approximately $45 billion). Prior to the earnings reports, the share prices of both companies rose by more than 5% in the South Korean market on Tuesday.
