The round was led by Dallas Venture Capital, with participation from Nvidia, Accel, Shastra VC, and Micromax. The post-money valuation is approximately $100 million. Founded in 2022 by former Oracle engineer Amritanshu Jain and former Google engineer Devansh Ghatak, the company currently has 58 employees. Its software sits between the AI model and computing power, adjusting model response speed, request throughput, and computing power consumption. It supports deployment on proprietary platforms or customers' existing cloud and on-premises environments, and provides model fine-tuning, automatic scaling, and performance monitoring. The company claims to have helped AI video platform InVideo reduce GPU service costs by 56%. Its clients also include HeyGen, Higgsfield, and Ema. Indian cloud provider Yotta powers Shakti Studio's serverless AI inference service with its technology. Jain stated that the company's annualized revenue run rate has increased 14-fold to eight figures in US dollars over the past six months, with more than half of its revenue coming from the United States.
