When will the BTC pullback end? This week's FOMC is key: As shown in Figures 1 and 2, I recently made several short-term BTC contract trades. Profitability is important, but maintaining a keen awareness of market changes through short-term trading is equally crucial. BTC fell from 87395, subsequently rising to 87220. Unable to break the previous high, I stated that the first wave of the weekly uptrend from 57800 had ended, and a pullback of the same level had begun. Currently, the pullback has lasted for over a month. If 87395-79220 represents the entire pullback, we need to see a strong upward breakout and stabilization of BTC above 83280; otherwise, the correction is not yet over. The structural breakdown is shown in Figure 3: 87395-79800 represents the first wave of the daily downtrend, and 79800-84898 is a rebound against it. The move from 84898 is also a daily downtrend. After this daily downtrend ends, the entire weekly pullback from 87395 is expected to complete, followed by a new round of weekly uptrend. This week's FOMC meeting could be a significant catalyst. If the weekly correction isn't over yet, we can break down the smaller-scale trend into two paths based on the FOMC results: Positive: A strong rebound is expected during the daily decline from 84898, which will slow the pace of the overall weekly correction and present another shorting opportunity on the daily chart. The weekly correction may end in the first or second week of November after the rebound. Negative: The daily decline from 84989 accelerated rapidly and ended the weekly correction after finding support near the 2/1 mark of the green Gann angle line. In this scenario, the correction's endpoint will likely be at the end of this month and the first week of November. The difference on the smaller scales is whether there will be a strong rebound; the common point is that a new round of weekly upward movement will follow the weekly correction. Adjustments and trends always alternate. To capture smooth trending markets, one must first understand complex correction structures. This is why I insist on tracking and updating BTC market trends daily. Identifying trends in advance requires long-term accumulation; continuous tracking of market structures is essential to being prepared when opportunities arise. I hope these public analyses can help more friends build independent judgment systems and reduce blindly chasing highs and lows. If anyone benefits from this, it will be a very gratifying thing for me. Specific trading plans and entry signals will be synchronized in real time in the group ➡️
