Someone took out a full ad in the WSJ against tokenized equities. It makes no sense. Tokenized equities open up ownership of US assets to the vast majority of the world's population. Anyone with internet access. I'm an American that's spent most of my career in the emerging world. Places where families still lack easy access to US brokerage accounts. I once told my coworker to buy apple and he couldn't-- that was at a time when Apple was MUCH cheaper than it is today. Owning Apple stock should be a basic human right. Why shouldn't the people who buy iphones also have ownership of + exposure to the greatest American company of all time? Learning about this issue, opened my eyes and convinced me back in 2018 that crypto had a ton of substance. So I dedicated my career to helping introduce people to the technology. We built a game that you may have heard of. It ended up onboarding millions to crypto and teaching them: - how to send money to their family anywhere in the world - how to store their wealth in US dollar stablecoins, Bitcoin, ETH (ETH hasn't performed as well but we started building when it was around 400 USD) - how to save and live life without being reliant on a bank account the adoption of Tokenized equities is an interesting, foundational trend for crypto and the best thing is; now that they've been let out of the box, there's nothing that anyone can do to limit their access. There's no full-page newspaper ad that can stop this train.
