The alliance, established by Bullish and Equiniti on September 24th, with initial members including Alpaca, Apex Fintech Solutions, and DriveWealth, aims to establish relevant standards and infrastructure to enable issuer tokens to be on-chain while preserving the fundamental relationship between issuers and shareholders. The alliance stated that it remains open and non-exclusive and will invite more participants to join in the future.
