The transaction amount was not disclosed. Unconventional AI completed a $475 million funding round last December, valuing the company at $4.5 billion. The company focuses on developing energy-efficient AI chips inspired by biological systems and leverages AI tools to accelerate its development. It has completed its first test chip, and its second is nearing completion. This acquisition aims to supplement its product engineering and large-scale delivery capabilities. Approximately 40 NeuReality employees will join Unconventional AI, which will maintain its operations in Israel.
