[StoneX Raises Strive Price Target by 34% to $43, Maintains Buy Rating] According to The Block, StoneX has raised its price target for Bitcoin treasury company Strive by 34% to $43 from $32, while maintaining a buy rating. Analyst Mark Palmer stated that Strive's recent SATS preferred stock IPO and the expiration of traditional warrants constitute a "clean reset" of the company's capital structure, highlighting its all-preferred-stock Bitcoin treasury model. On October 20, Strive completed an enlarged IPO of 7 million 15% SATS preferred shares, raising gross proceeds of $630 million; the SATS annual dividend yield is 15%, and the company has set aside sufficient funds to cover payments for the first 18 months. Palmer noted that SATS has a lower priority than the previous SATA preferred stock, therefore every dollar raised increases assets without increasing debt prior to the senior preferred stock.
