"Analyzing Oscillation Structure Using Liq Gravity": A Tried and Tried Market Manipulation Technique ⚔️ In yesterday's analysis post (https://((((((((((x.com))))))))))/market_beggar/status/2114534696554283091), I analyzed the current state of BTC's oscillation structure, and derived a bullish conclusion based on Liq. Interested readers are welcome to refer to yesterday's post. While the market is currently rather quiet, today I'd like to help both new and old friends review the concepts of two types of "Liq structures": // Since Mr. Berg founded the company, he has been consistently educating everyone about Liq, but due to the low level of understanding of the concepts themselves, and the increasing interest from new friends, I've decided to take advantage of this still-quiet market to review some core concepts once again. Key points summarized below: Liquidity level (LiQ) is an area where market liquidity is concentrated, often a previous high (low) or a clearly defined horizontal price level. Market manipulators often use "Liquidity hunting" to reduce their position-building losses. In summary, areas where Liq exists have a higher probability of "attracting" prices. I have previously written detailed tutorials on some of these concepts. Since this article will focus on "structure," other parts will not be elaborated upon here. For those interested in in-depth research and learning, please refer to the following resource summary: Major Manipulation Techniques: Liquidity Hunting (Stop) Hunt Concept Explained https://(((((((((x.com))))))))))/market_beggar/status/1907261008059777200 Identifying Liquidity: A Brief Discussion of "Trendline Liquidity" https://(((((((((x.com))))))))))/market_beggar/status/2036621311276179466 Full Prediction: How I Perfectly Predicted Two Surges in ETH Through Liquidity https://(((((((((x.com))))))))))/market_beggar/status/1959793243404829167 // Back to today's topic, when we intend to utilize Liq... When analyzing oscillation patterns, the simplest way is to observe the distribution of Liq above and below the pattern. As shown in the attached chart, whenever a trend temporarily ends and the price enters a oscillation phase, we can always find clear upper and lower boundaries within the oscillation pattern. For an ideal bullish Liq structure: ➡️ The Liq above the structure will be left (providing attraction, increasing the probability of an upward move). ➡️ The Liq below the structure will be cleared (avoiding attraction that could lead to a downward move). ➡️ "False breakouts" often appear below the structure, possibly indicating accumulation by major players. ➡️ Continuing from above, false breakouts may occur more than once, and may also appear as a series of attempts to break previous lows. For an ideal bearish Liq structure: ➡️ The Liq below the structure will be left (providing attraction, increasing the probability of a downward move). ➡️ The Liq above the structure will be cleared (avoiding attraction that could lead to an upward move). ➡️ The structure often exhibits "false breakout"-like buying behavior above, which may be traces of major players accumulating positions. ➡️ Continuing from above, false breakouts may occur more than once, and may also manifest as a series of attempts to break through previous highs. // To put it more simply, taking a bullish LQ structure as an example: ➡️ The LQ itself has a gravitational pull effect. ➡️ The buying activity below is itself bullish. The presence of either of the above two factors is a bullish bonus, and the simultaneous presence of both significantly increases the bullish probability of this consolidation pattern. Furthermore, if the larger-scale trend is upward, this type of "consolidation pattern after a trend" ultimately has a greater probability of forming a so-called "bullish continuation pattern," which is the ideal entry area we hope to find in a large upward trend. However, it's crucial to remember: There's no holy grail of 100% success in trading. Trading is always a game of probability (more precisely, expected value). The purpose of learning these analytical methods isn't to guarantee victory, but rather to help us find reasonable entry points with a high risk-reward ratio and a comfortable holding experience during a bull market. Even if the market ultimately chooses a low-probability event (structural failure), it's not a major issue, because consistently implementing a strategy with a positive expected value will inevitably lead to stable profits. To put it more simply: Suppose you have a strategy with an 80% win rate. Would you immediately dismiss or even abandon this high-win-rate strategy, deeming it useless, just because you lost once? // Finally, here are answers to three frequently asked questions. 1️⃣ What's your view on the current market? For the technical (short to medium term) analysis, please see yesterday's post. From a blockchain perspective, I believe we are currently in the early stages of a bull market. BTC showed two cyclical bottoming signals in June: PSIP < 50%: https://(((((((((x.com))))))))))/market_beggar/status/2063800180227588374 AVIV Heatmap Entering the blue zone: https://(((((((((x.com))))))))))/market_beggar/status/2071773101898223809 The subsequent structural breakout (https://(((((((((x.com))))))))))/market_beggar/status/2102573356579193086) further increased the probability of a trend reversal. 2️⃣ Are there any relevant resources available for learning? I previously compiled a systematic tutorial, which I shared daily on X over the past two years. Interested readers can refer to the following link: https://((((((((((x.com))))))))))/market_beggar/status/1963776980240970223 3️⃣ Is the Liquidity that Beggar mentioned the same as the data on the "liquidation map"? No, for three main reasons, I consistently avoid referring to clearing maps and clearing heat maps. I've also written a detailed article explaining the concepts, which you can find at the following link: https://(((((((((x.com))))))))))/market_beggar/status/1917035867589513680 // That's all for today. It's been a while since I wrote an educational post; I hope it's helpful.
