[Balancer: Over $500,000 in Forgotten Assets Discovered Before Shutdown, Owners Notified to Claim Them] According to DeepFlow TechFlow, on October 27th, Balancer officially announced that during its review of DAO's own assets, the team also examined the historical asset positions of external users, identifying over $500,000 in related assets and notifying their owners. Balancer pointed out that these assets mainly involve two types of situations easily overlooked by asset management panels: first, Balancer v3's buffer liquidity shares use Vault's internal ledger mechanism and may not appear on platforms such as block explorers or DeBank; second, older v2 liquidity mining contracts may still contain claimable partner rewards, even if users have previously withdrawn their liquidity. The official recommendation is for users who have previously used Balancer to check their older v2 liquidity mining contracts, v3 buffer shares, partner reward distribution contracts, and historical operating wallets. Balancer states that the old interface can still be used to withdraw assets from v1, v2, and v3 liquidity pools and unstaking. Users can also refer to the manual exit guide to directly call the contract to withdraw assets.
