My MU account opened on @okxchinese is currently showing a floating profit. However, WTI oil prices just surged again, approaching $103, and Bitcoin is testing the $80 mark. Uncertainty is increasing, so why did I go long on Megvii earlier? If it's a short-term trade, you can take profits now. If it's a medium- to long-term trade, aiming for a rebound of about 10% or more, you can consider diversifying your position and observing further. The fundamental logic is that if geopolitical tensions don't worsen further and the macro environment improves, a rebound is highly likely, plus the fees are favorable. And there's no expectation of a deep correction due to black swan events. The OKX chart might not be very intuitive due to the limited time; please refer directly to the TV chart. Mark the three prices separately. As I mentioned before, for core heavyweight stocks in the US stock market, try to use a buy-on-dips strategy and minimize shorting, because liquidity is extremely high, and even a small positive factor will be reflected in the stock price. Therefore, as shown in the three marked prices, it's generally not suitable to go long above 950-980, as the price is very high, unless there are significant expectations of positive macroeconomic or product developments. My personal choice is the 850-900 range. Go long here, mainly because the main candlestick pattern shows that most pullbacks have rebounded here, with a very small chance of further pullback to the 800-850 range or below. To prevent a further pullback to the 800-850 range or even lower, a position diversification strategy can lower the average price. Also, place the liquidation point at least below 700 to prevent high volatility caused by black swan events. Unlike crypto altcoins, core US stocks don't experience mindless drops. With proper position sizing and risk management, observing macroeconomic trends is sufficient; it's a simpler approach compared to altcoins. Furthermore, it's best to place limit orders for both opening and closing positions, as we're likely asleep during US time and can't monitor them constantly. Ultimately, and most importantly, you need a certain understanding of the macroeconomic landscape and to select core, familiar stocks. Because some US stocks behave similarly to crypto altcoins! DYOR
