underappreciated aspect of the quantum risk for Bitcoin/crypto is that since the US & China both don't want to lose the ai or quantum race where Bitcoin is inextricably linked as the ultimate bounty... the manhatten project which is already underway will likely lead to a more secure system here faster than anywhere else
