[Morgan Stanley: Semiconductor Stocks May Fall Another 10% to 15%, Correction Expected to End in Mid-November] According to Jinse Finance, on October 26th, a team of strategists led by Mike Wilson at Morgan Stanley stated that the pressure on semiconductor stocks may ease next month, maintaining their year-end forecast of 8000 points for the S&P 500; however, as a key sector, semiconductor stocks may only find support at levels far below current levels. The team stated that as the market questions when and how large the revenue opportunities brought by AI will materialize, semiconductors and other industries benefiting from capital expenditure are becoming the "epicenter" of financing concerns, and these supply pressure concerns are likely to persist until financing is completed. They judge that the semiconductor sector correction has entered its "final stage" and is expected to end in mid-November; however, based on technical analysis and comparisons with the silver market, the sector may fall another 10% to 15%, and the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index may fall to around 9500 points in the future.
