[Morgan Stanley: Semiconductor Stocks May Find Support 15% Lower Than Current Levels] According to DeepFlow TechFlow, on October 26th, Morgan Stanley stated that the pressure on semiconductor stocks may ease next month. The strategist team led by Mike Wilson maintained its year-end forecast of the S&P 500 reaching 8000 points, but also pointed out that semiconductor stocks, as a key sector, may find support well below current levels. The strategist team stated that as the market questions when and how large the revenue opportunities brought by AI will materialize, semiconductors and other capital expenditure-driven industries are becoming the "epicenter" of financing concerns. Considering the possibility of further financing activities, the team stated, "It's normal for the market to be concerned about this supply pressure, and this concern will likely persist until the financing is completed." They believe the good news is that the semiconductor sector's correction has entered its "final stage" and is expected to end by mid-November; the bad news is that, based on their technical analysis and comparison with the once-hot silver market, the sector may fall further by 10% to 15%; the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index may eventually fall to around 9500 points.
