A drop below 79,500 and subsequent stabilization could trigger a chain reaction of leveraged liquidations; a drop below 70,000 is not uncommon. Currently, the long/short ratio is clearly biased towards long positions, with the majority holding long positions. Everyone should leverage up; without leverage, how can there be a bull market?
