Pete Hegseth answered "yes and yes" in April when asked if Bitcoin is a tool to project power and if the Pentagon has initiatives on it, adding that much of the work involves "classified efforts." A week earlier, the head of US Indo-Pacific Command told the same committee his command has "a node on the Bitcoin network right now."
