[Analysis: Bitcoin Continues Narrow Range Trading for 9 Consecutive Days, 365-Day Moving Average Becomes Key Support]
According to Odaily Planet Daily, CryptoQuant analyst Axel Adler Jr. stated in an article on the X platform that Bitcoin continues to be in a volatility contraction phase, with the price difference between the highest and lowest prices over the past 30 days narrowing from 13% to 6%, and the price remaining within the $80,000 to $86,000 range for the 9th consecutive day. Yesterday, Bitcoin found support near the 365-day simple moving average (SMA 365) and rebounded, closing at $80,500, a new low in nearly 30 days.
He pointed out that volatility contraction usually ends with sharp price fluctuations. Currently, the key price level above is $86,000, while the 365-day moving average needs to be watched on the downside.
