[Dune Launches Cross-Chain Spot and Perpetual Contract Real-Time Market Data Feeds] According to Jinse Finance, on October 24th, on-chain analytics company Dune launched Market Data Feeds, covering spot and perpetual contract trading across various on-chain venues. The feeds standardize fields such as instruments, venues, buy/sell directions, prices, and USD values, allowing subscribers to compare trade executions across different protocols and blockchains. Dune claims its spot coverage spans over 200 trading venues, with data delivered approximately one second after the block containing the trade is generated (not visible before trade settlement, and not a complete record of all off-chain protocols). The product's practical value lies in addressing the fragmentation of the on-chain market: market makers can use comparable transaction records to determine the competitiveness of a fill and the trend of price spreads, and it supports Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA)—comparing executed orders with the market at the same time, allowing institutions to assess routing and risk. Dune has excluded scenarios such as aggregators, solver systems, private quote requests, and chain reorganizations (corrected in a separate message), and does not claim to be a unified market data tape for all crypto venues. Data providers can supplement encrypted execution records without building their own chain-by-chain processing stack.
