[Solayer Pay Adds Direct Stablecoin Top-ups to Card Balances from Five Public Chains] According to Jinse Finance, on October 24th, Solayer announced that its Solayer Pay card application now supports direct top-ups of supported USD stablecoins (such as USDC and USDT) to the card balance from five networks: Solana, Ethereum, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, and Base, without requiring additional cross-chain bridges or exchange intermediaries. Previously, if a user held a stablecoin on a certain chain but the application only supported another chain, bridging or exchanging was required, incurring additional steps, network fees, and the risk of incorrect address transfers. The new process allows users to select the network where the token is located and credit a unified Solayer Pay balance, which can then be used for purchases via virtual or physical cards. It also supports compatibility with mobile wallets and peer-to-peer payments. The company claims that the product already has over 45,000 cardholders; Solayer Pay was launched in April 2025 under the name Emerald Card, with physical cards added later (all data is self-reported by the company and not independently audited transaction volume). Please note: Once the balance is deposited, it leaves the self-custodial account. Users must understand the custodian, withdrawal rules, and account restrictions. Furthermore, Visa's global acceptance network does not mean that users in all regions can obtain a card or deposit any stablecoin.
