BTC Shorts are getting aggressive again. Over the past two days, open interest has risen significantly while futures CVD has continued to grind lower. This suggests that fresh shorts have been building into the move. Just a few days ago, we saw the exact opposite. Longs got too aggressive, ended up getting squeezed and the entire move to the upside was retraced. If buyers now manage to defend $80k once again, I wouldn’t be surprised to see late shorts getting squeezed next.
