According to Reuters, on October 23, Argentine federal judge Marcelo Mart í nez de Giorgi ruled to terminate the criminal investigation into the LIBRA Meme coin incident, stating that there was insufficient evidence to prove fraud. The ruling involves Argentine President Javier Milei, his sister Karina Milei, and American businessman Hayden Davis, who claims to be an advisor to the LIBRA issuance. The judge pointed out that although Milei's presidency may expand his influence in promoting LIBRA on the X platform, this behavior itself does not constitute fraud. In February 2025, after Milei recommended LIBRA, the price of the token briefly soared and then plummeted. On chain researchers previously pointed out that eight wallets associated with token creators extracted approximately $99 million in cryptocurrency assets from related trading markets. https://(wublock123.com)/news/argentina-judge-drops-libra-criminal-probe-insufficient-fraud-evidence-70622
