🇦🇷 BREAKING: Argentina OFFICIALLY drops the LIBRA case against President Milei and 10 others, finding NO crime.
A federal judge ruled the facts don't constitute a crime, clearing Milei, his sister Karina and Hayden Davis, the American who led the token's launch.
On Feb. 14, 2025, Milei promoted LIBRA on X.
Within an HOUR, it hit a market value of over $4 BILLION.
Then it crashed over 94% in about 11 hours.
86% of traders lost money, a combined $251 MILLION, per Nansen.
Meanwhile, 8 wallets tied to the LIBRA team cashed out $107 MILLION, per Lookonchain.
Milei deleted the post and denied any link to the coin.
The judge ruled the crash alone didn't amount to fraud, citing the volatility and risk of the crypto market.
The case will be closed once the ruling becomes final.
Milei has said he acted in good faith.
