Futu started by trading stocks and has already launched BNB trading through its licensed platform PantherTrade. Now opening up BEP20 deposits and withdrawals is equivalent to completing the link under the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission system, connecting BNB to the securities account ecosystem. Although currently limited to qualified professional investors (PIs) in Hong Kong, withdrawals require whitelisting and take approximately 3 working days to be credited, with a relatively high threshold. But the direction is clear: it is not a gray area "listing", but licensed securities firms accessing BNB in a compliant manner.
