Last night, BTC fell to 80944 and temporarily stopped falling, but did not fall below the support range in Figure 1. What should we do next?
Since BTC rose to 87395, indicating the start of the weekly level adjustment for 57800-87395, this adjustment has been ongoing for a month. If the blue segment is part of the adjustment, the rise from 79800 is a rebound against it. If there is no further breakthrough beyond 83700, it is assumed that the rebound has ended and the adjustment continues.
The rebound endpoint at the weekly level was first found at the end of October and the beginning of November, followed by a rise at the same level as 57800-87395. At that time, it will break through 87395, with pressure levels at 92000 and 98600.
As mentioned before, the green Gann angle line 2/1 is the boundary between bull and bear, and now this position is between 75800-76400. Before the weekly entity K fell below 2/1, the decline from 87395 is considered a strong weekly level correction.
The adjustment before the new weekly uptrend will further widen market divergence, until those who see 57800 as a temporary low become outliers, and until the new uptrend begins, most people will still short on highs.
