A16z, the earliest heavy crypto company, renamed its a16z Crypto to a16z Frontier and no longer included Crypto in its name Head Chris Dixon announced that the fund will expand its investment scope to cutting-edge fields such as AI and robotics, but will still continue to invest in cryptocurrency companies. And in May of this year, it just raised $2.2 billion in a new fund and said it would invest 100% in cryptocurrency entrepreneurs.
