Binance will distribute cash dividends to ASML and Nokia token holders BlockBeats News: On October 23rd, Binance announced that it will distribute cash dividends to ASML Holding (ASML) and Nokia (NOK) holders of tokenized securities ASMLB and NOKB through bStocks. After deducting applicable withholding taxes, fees, and other costs, the net dividend amount will be reinvested to purchase additional shares or fractional shares of the corresponding underlying securities. Eligible users will receive distributions in the form of ASMLB or NOKB tokens. The qualification snapshot time is 00:00 UTC on October 27th. Binance will temporarily suspend the 1:1 exchange service between ASML, Nokia stocks, and corresponding bStocks on October 26th at 23:30 (UTC), as well as suspend the recharge and withdrawal of ASMLB and NOKB. Relevant services will resume after the dividend distribution is completed. NOKB/USDT and ASMLB/USDT trading are not affected. Binance reminds that bStocks are tokenized securities and do not represent direct ownership of the stocks of the relevant listed companies by the holders. They are only available to eligible users within approved jurisdictions.
