According to Caixin, the Digital RMB Operation and Management Center released the Central Bank Digital RMB System (DCEPS) and the e-CNY SMART Contract ecosystem service framework at the "2026 Financial Street Forum Digital RMB Annual Meeting". The former provides central bank side system support, while the latter is aimed at smart contracts that can be automatically executed according to preset conditions.
