THE BLOCK: Andreessen Horowitz has renamed a16z Crypto to a16z Frontier and expanded its investment scope beyond crypto startups to the broader category of "frontier startups," managing partner Chris Dixon said. The unit will continue investing in crypto and related ventures while looking at companies developing new technologies and markets that may take years to mature.
