NemTokenV2 records the tokens transferred to the liquidity pool in the selling volume without verifying the exchange settlement. Attackers exploit this vulnerability to repeatedly perform transfer, call skim() to clear the transferred tokens, and call flushLpCellRecycle() 42 times, destroying the original reserves of the liquidity pool and lowering the balance of NEM reserves. They then sell the remaining NEM at an inflated price and withdraw USDT.
