Over 93.5% of Starknet's voting rights support the transformation to an independent anti quantum Layer 1 network According to The Block, Starknet (STRK) holders support a research proposal with over 93.5% of voting rights to explore the transformation of Starknet from an Ethereum Layer 2 network to an independent, quantum resistant Layer 1 network. StarkWare plans to release a draft white paper in November to further study the relevant technological paths. It should be noted that this vote only supports conducting transformation research and does not mean that the transformation plan has been officially approved. If we want to promote the relevant transformation in the future, we still need to obtain further governance approval.
