Anthropic Launches 24/7 AI Agent Claude Duet

Golden Finance reported on October 22 that Anthropic announced the launch of a new application called Claude Duet on Wednesday, positioning it as a "proactive agent." This tool can run continuously in the background, actively prompting users with to-do items and handling various tasks. Currently, Claude Duet is still in the research preview phase, and users need to join a waitlist to gain access. This means the product is not yet able to directly compete in the broader market with other agent products like Meta's newly launched Muse and OpenAI's Dots. Anthropic stated that Duet is developed based on its flagship model Opus 5.5.
