A nod to where it all began. Today, Solana activated Alpenglow — bringing target finality from roughly 12.8 seconds to ~150 milliseconds. That’s about an 85× improvement. X1 was born from Solana’s technology, so we thought 85 was a pretty good number to celebrate. 85,000,000 XNT - PERMANENTLY BURNED. A small tribute to a massive technical achievement. Congrats to @toly and everyone who helped push Alpenglow across the finish line. Incredible to see how far the technology continues to move forward. From Solana’s roots to X1’s future - keep building. 🏔️🔥 The burn will reduce total XNT supply by roughly 8% which in itself going to boost XNT holders percentage of supply held by roughly the same amount. Ex. If you held 1% of supply, now you’ll have 1.08%. SOL #Solana #X1
