so i keep looking into eip-8037 & eip-8038 and i'm wondering the impact on privacy apps; ie. on a high-level on-chain privacy needs 3 things:
- a fresh identity per tx
- state written per use (commitments, nullifiers,...)
- a way to pay gas w/o relinking the identity
these two EIPs reprice all 3. neither one analyses the effect on privacy apps.
