Following the October 8 attack, the hacker deposited 1,111.2 ETH into Tornado Cash on October 20 and withdrew to three addresses. Funds then moved through intermediaries to Chinese OTC desks within minutes, likely to evade a potential Tether freeze. ZachXBT says both consolidation addresses had exposure to previously identified DPRK-linked addresses.
