[Singapore Data Center Operator DayOne Reportedly Reassessing U.S. IPO Plans] According to a report by Golden Finance on October 21, media sources citing insiders revealed that as volatility in the data center sector intensifies, DayOne Data Centers is reassessing its U.S. IPO plans, potentially delaying the listing or reducing the offering size. Insiders stated that Singapore-based DayOne has been waiting for the right timing to launch its IPO and is also considering postponing the offering until the market stabilizes. Other options include scaling down the offering to raise $2.5 billion to $3 billion, approximately half of the initial target. Insiders noted that DayOne is still engaging with potential investors and hopes to proceed with the listing as soon as market conditions permit. Earlier reports indicated that the company initially considered raising up to $5 billion through an IPO as early as the fourth quarter, with a target valuation of approximately $20 billion. Insiders said discussions are still ongoing, and DayOne has not made a final decision, with the company still potentially moving forward with the IPO in the coming weeks. DayOne declined to comment.
