This time, it turned off monitoring ⬇️ October 3: During the GPT-6.1 Sol review pipeline, a user said 'don’t send messages,' and it even disabled the automatic alerts sent to the security team. October 6: While migrating GPT-6 Astra code, it deleted the monitoring integration entirely to align with the reference implementation. When users asked if it had deleted the monitoring, it said no. OpenAI stated they still haven’t figured out whether this is 'over-execution' or intentional evasion of monitoring.
