Check out the earnings forecasts for these four companies on OKX Outcomes. I personally chose YES for all of them—expecting them to beat expectations. First up, let’s talk about SPCX, which will release its earnings post-market tomorrow night. The market expects revenue of around $12.7 billion, but we’ll also need to watch the AI segment’s burn rate and net profit figures. My personal prediction is that it will beat expectations, but given the current macroeconomic environment—high oil prices—beating expectations might not be enough to push the stock price significantly higher. After all, SPCX’s pre-market price is already below $147. Plus, there’s a lock-up expiration wave coming on 10/24, which could reflect in next Monday’s stock price. Unless we see oil prices drop by then, it’s hard to see a strong market boost. If the results don’t significantly beat expectations—or worse, fall short—combined with the lock-up expiration, the price might dip back to the $130–$135 range we saw in late August, which is close to the IPO price. Overall, there’s selling pressure on Saturdays, so don’t expect too much from a price rebound. Back to trading—shorting now feels a bit like a high-risk gamble. Maybe wait for a dip into the bottom range before jumping in. Lastly, shoutout to @misaENFP’s event! If you haven’t joined yet, hurry up and participate—there are tons of rewards!
