[Zelensky States Frontline Ukrainian Troops' Use of "Starlink" and "Stardome" Remains Restricted] Golden Finance reported on October 20 that Ukrainian President Zelensky posted on social media on the afternoon of October 19, stating that, according to a report from the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Zaluzhnyi, the use of "Starlink" and "Stardome" by Ukrainian troops in multiple frontline areas remains restricted, hindering logistical command and combat operations. Zelensky noted that feedback from frontline Ukrainian troops indicates that the speed of "Starlink" and "Stardome" reception devices is limited in many regions, which severely disrupts logistical command and restricts the use of Ukrainian drones, especially loitering munitions and drone interceptors. Relevant parties will conduct multi-level consultations with partners regarding the restrictions on Ukraine's use of "Starlink" and "Stardome." Zelensky also stated that previous agreements between Ukraine and its partners "have not yet been implemented." Additionally, the U.S. Department of Defense "has experienced delays in delivering certain critical supplies." He has issued "urgent tasks" to Ukraine's Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Presidential Office, urging partners to "provide air defense support to Ukraine as soon as possible."
