[ENS DAO Launches Voting on ENSv2 Mainnet Activation Proposal] ENS DAO is conducting on-chain voting for the ENSv2 mainnet activation proposal. If passed, it will freeze new registrations for the v1 version and allow renewal of domains that have not yet migrated. After the upgrade, ENSv2 will enable owners to customize subdomain registries and grant resolution rights, with ENS Labs transferring management authority to ENS DAO. Existing domains can continue to be used, migration is voluntary and irreversible, and revenue will be allocated to the ENS Endowment. Currently, six addresses have cast 531,300 ENS votes, with a support rate of nearly 100%. Voting will conclude on October 25 at 13:32 (UTC+8).
