[Tibo: OpenAI Dots May Launch in the EU in the Future] OpenAI ChatGPT lead Tibo Sottiaux posted on the X platform stating that the company has confirmed the 'dots' feature is currently not available in the EU region. Previously, some users reported that their dots no longer appeared in the Codex desktop application. Sottiaux mentioned that OpenAI is making two adjustments: first, if users have created dots in other regions, they will still be able to use them upon entering the EU; second, dots will eventually launch in the EU, though no specific timeline has been provided.
