**[Can Bitcoin Return to $100,000 by Year-End? Market Opinions Diverge]** Odaily Planet Daily News – Market analysts are divided on whether Bitcoin can return to $100,000 by the end of 2026. Ryan Rasmussen, Research Director at crypto asset management firm Bitwise, believes that factors such as institutional demand driven by ETFs and corporate Bitcoin purchases, concerns over inflation and government debt, and improvements in the regulatory environment could push Bitcoin to higher levels by year-end, potentially even surpassing $100,000. Adam Morgan McCarthy, Research Director at London-based crypto trading and market data company LO:TECH, predicts that Bitcoin will primarily fluctuate between $85,000 and $95,000 by year-end. He noted that inflationary pressures and the possibility of further rate hikes by the Federal Reserve will continue to suppress Bitcoin's performance. In September, U.S. consumer prices rose 0.6% month-on-month, while core CPI increased 0.3% month-on-month, complicating the outlook for monetary policy. Luca Invernizzi, Senior Derivatives Trader at Nomura's crypto division Laser Digital, stated that Bitcoin in the short term will remain primarily influenced by macroeconomic factors and U.S. long-term Treasury yields. However, with market leverage significantly cleared, if Bitcoin effectively breaks through $90,000, it could trigger a new round of short-covering rallies. James Butterfill, Research Director at CoinShares, also believes that the contradiction between weakening inflation and a softening labor market will impact the Federal Reserve's subsequent policies and Bitcoin's trajectory.
