This week, U.S. inflation data exceeded expectations, the Fed's interest rate hike outlook fluctuated, and the market started worrying about the massive capital expenditures and debt risks of AI data centers. Under multiple pressures, tech stocks and the semiconductor sector led the decline, and U.S. stocks saw a significant pullback.
If the recent movement in U.S. stocks is just a correction during an upward trend, what level of correction is this? If it’s not a correction, could it be the start of a new stock market crash? Over the next six months, will U.S. stocks present opportunities or risks for us?
When SPCX dropped to 104, experts from various fields provided reasons for a bearish outlook, predicting it could fall to 80 or even 60. At that time, I clearly stated that the rebound from 104 was targeting the entire drop from 225.64 to 104, with a target range of 170-180. This week, SPCX peaked at 176.42 before pulling back, validating both my assessment of the major trend two months ago and my 60-day tracking of the smaller trend.
Has the rebound from SPCX 104 ended? When will the next big opportunity to jump on the rocket come?
In last Sunday’s video, we analyzed that BTC’s rise from 80,393 looked more like a rebound rather than the start of a new upward trend. This week, BTC rose to 84,352, just 0.4% away from the rebound target we mentioned in the video.
The appearance of 79,800 confirmed our structural analysis of the smaller trend starting from 80,393. What’s next for BTC, ETH, and a range of crypto-related stocks?
As for gold, this week we set the observation point at 4,230, and it actually peaked at 4,217 before pulling back again, continuing to fluctuate within the range. Will it continue to drop next week? Where are the opportunities?
Storage stocks, represented by MU and SNDK, are also moving as we expected. When will the adjustment end? Where will the next trend begin?
In tomorrow’s video, in addition to the regular updates on the above assets, I’ll also discuss my views on global asset trends for Q4 2026 and the upcoming 2027, in light of recent macroeconomic changes.
If you haven’t watched the October 11th video yet, I recommend catching up first. Watching both episodes together will make it easier to understand the basis of my predictions for the upcoming market trends.
That’s all for now. October 18th, Sunday’s video will be updated as usual.
See you all there!
