Why has @tradexyz been able to dominate the HIP-3 deployer space since its independent launch, becoming an unbeatable leader?
1. Extremely high entry barriers: HIP-3 deployers require projects to stake 500,000 HYPE tokens, worth a staggering $40 million.
2. Exceptional first-mover advantage: Founder @sershokunin is a loyal follower of Jeff and an early core contributor to the HL ecosystem, boasting strong trust and distribution capabilities.
3. Positive feedback loop driven by deep liquidity.
As of now, trade[XYZ] still holds an absolute market share of 97.6% in the HIP-3 space. The only real challenger to have briefly outperformed trade[XYZ] in direct competition is @entropyIO, which is also the only contender with a genuine chance of grabbing a slice of the pie.
Entropy has carved out a niche by focusing on Pre-IPO and low-liquidity assets, combined with an aggressive rebate system, managing to secure a modest 2.1% market share. Shortly after its mainnet launch, Entropy even managed to lead trade[XYZ] for a week in the Nebius single-asset market. While this may seem like a minor achievement, no previous HIP-3 challenger had ever managed to do this.
Whether Entropy can grab a larger share of the pie depends on its ability to maintain its foothold in key markets over the long term. There’s still a long way to go.
As for trade[XYZ], they’ve been reluctant to issue tokens for a while now. Here’s hoping Entropy beats them to it.

I just got my hands on a Tier 4 top-level invite link for Entropy. Use my link to enjoy a 100% rebate on fees!
Note: The 100% rebate only applies to the portion of fees that Entropy itself earns (under the HIP-3 mechanism, this is half of the total fees), which is effectively about a 50% rebate on total fees.
