THE BLOCK: Singapore-based crypto custody firm Cobo is shutting down its wallet app on Dec. 1 and telling users to move their assets out before the deadline. Funds left behind will face a 2% monthly fee with a $100 minimum, wiping out balances below $100 in one go.
