Asymmetric encryption's asymmetry and thermodynamic time exist within the person (this endogenous IO) outside of the encryption system. The same applies to traditional Turing machine model systems—thermodynamic time is asymmetric and lies in the hands of the person (operator). However, Bitcoin's heaviest chain consensus inherently contains asymmetric thermodynamic time, forming its own endogenous IO system.
