🚨WILD: A crypto scammer gets robbed of over 60 BTC worth $4.8 MILLION in the Ledger wallet theft. On September 22, the operator of a “task scam” moved the proceeds into three Ledger addresses. On October 9, thieves emptied all three, each in a single transfer to the same wallet. The scam paid people to fake sales and reviews of real items. They were then shown a “negative balance” and told to add their own money to get paid. The scammer was one of the biggest victims of the Ledger theft, per Chainalysis.
