i'm trying to catch up today with all Glamsterdam EIPs and i don't understand why EIP-7997 (https://eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-7997) is planned for inclusion. my CreateX factory (https://github.com/pcaversaccio/createx) is deployed on over 200 EVM chains (verifiable to have the exact init & runtime bytecode), myriads of protocols use it in a _robust_ way to deploy their protocols, and its deployment (yes, there are tradeoffs here) scales way better (there are literally 3 different - wrt gaslimit - presigned deployment txs available) than what is proposed here (good luck waiting for eg Filecoin to upgrade). i haven't been really involved in the convo, so if i missed anything important, tell me, but this is actually a _solved_ problem and we don't need to add additional burden on client codes.
