I've been looking into what @SuiNetwork is doing on quantum security. The plan is to let existing accounts move to quantum-safe keys using the recovery phrase they already have. It's not live rn, so I wouldn't call Sui quantum-safe yet...but it's coming. Some other breakthroughs are that they hit 40M+ TPS through offchain tunnels that settle on Sui, well beyond Visa's throughput. You and me don't need that capacity tbh, but agents making payments all day might. Sui also shipped confidential transfers in September, keeping payment amounts private while settlement stays verifiable + Samsung Wallet plans to put gasless USDC on Sui within reach of 82M U.S. Galaxy users.
