Back in January this year, I mentioned in a tweet that ETH's decline would likely last until June, with 1500 being a possible bottom. At the time, this prediction seemed absolutely crazy since ETH was still above 3500, but the 1505 on June 6th proved it right ✅
In yesterday's tweet, we said the move starting from October 9th was a rebound, and breaking below 2434 would signal the end of the rebound. After breaking below it early this morning, ETH dropped to a low of 2318 ✅
Currently, my view on ETH's trend remains unchanged—since the drop from 2807, this is seen as a pullback against the black upward segment shown in the chart, which is part of a weekly-level trend.
Key levels to watch:
- On the upside, keep an eye on the green Gann angle line at 2/1. If ETH stabilizes above it and doesn’t fall back, it could signal a temporary bottom.
- On the downside, watch the 2270-2310 support zone. If ETH finds a pullback bottom above this range, it’s a sign of a stronger correction. However, if it breaks below this range and fails to recover, it could turn into a more complex correction, which would extend the adjustment period.
Once this weekly-level pullback ends, ETH will continue its upward trend. What we need to do is stay on top of ETH’s trends across all timeframes so that when the next rally starts, we’re on the ride—not left behind.
